Huge Disappointment!!!!
Got a recorded message telling me the number was no longer active. I many icons on my computer games purchased through Amazon and wanted to pass time in retirement playing them again. very Disappointing!

Big Fish Games, this phone number is a bunch of b*****. I can't talk to you; they're trying to sell me some kind of stupid security device to go around my neck when I'm having a problem with a game that I paid $7 for.
When I tried to contact you through your quote-unquote chatbot, they wanted to charge me $5 to correct my problem.
I use a lot of your games, and if this is the way you treat your customers, then I will find other game companies to get games from. It's ridiculous to have to pay $5 to correct a problem that is your problem after we purchase your game for $6.99.

I have been accused of violating some rule of yours and I have not violated any rules at. All I have enjoyed playing big fish for years and turned my family on to this game as well I have enjoyed playing roulette the most I have not violated any rules ever and am very upset to just be accused out of the blue with no knowledge of what it is I am being accused of this is a damn shame and I wish to be able to play again perhaps someone hacked into my account but I have no ill intent period and wish to have an explanation of what you are falsely accusing me of !

I was in a loop of promotional voice prompts trying to get me to do something. I kept saying no, but it kept transferring me, and I never got to talk to someone regarding the issue I was calling for.

Customer service sucks on big fish casinos u get no where but suspended

I mustve said something when I said I needed to cash my tickets and I was being nice and they suspended my account. No warnings no reasons no nothing just happened to a friend of mine and they gave her a warning same exact reason I text him.
They dont give me no reason I tried to call. I dont get nowhere. I text again. I still get no reasons Im getting really ticked off.
