A platform associate for the Ultrapanda platform just swindled me out of 300 dollars that I was trying to withdraw from my account. Ava Adams is the platform account's name on Facebook.

They are not replying
Horrible experience. Very frustrating and insulting.
When I ask them a specific question, they answer with a completely different answer. it's like they have not read the question. I don't even know if I am talking to a real person. Then they will ghost the customer if they don't know what to do.
This is why I don't think there is an actual person there.
They owe me a refund and an explanation as to why a specific game has all of a sudden disappeared from their list of games.
The worst customer service. I can't imagine someone who is not computer savy or has not been with BigFish very long. They don't have the knowledge that I have aquired over the years to fix my own problems most of the time.
No thanks to customer service. Mental anguish is what they cause.

Unable to play my purchased games
This is the second time I have contact Big Fish support I have not used big Fish games or casino for a few of years now however I am a little annoyed that I no longer can play the purchased ones as the unlock code is all the same for every collectors edition game could someone please assist me in sorting this as I have 100's of dollars in games and cannot play them, you may have another email address for me which I have already sent. I used to buy them on CD but you stopped this and made it software download only consequently, I now have issues not being able to access my games when I open the game it says you own it, when I press play it says that I need to unlock it first... not sure why that is seeing that it says I already own it, then the unlock code is the same as all the other collector edition games (850EC4BE-1B7F-4E88-87C6-DCD6557D11E3) can you please help me resolve this issue

When I reached out for help, I was met with automated responses and unhelpful solutions. It's clear that customer satisfaction is no longer a priority.
This experience has left me feeling frustrated and cheated. I urge others to reconsider supporting companies that disregard their loyal customers and push us towards unreliable digital-only formats

Not getting a response
I bought a game (twice) because the game did not register the first time.
The game is Light in the Darkness CE. It was offered and customers could not in the end play the bonus content.
Then I purchased it when it seemed fixed. It would not download. I contacted Bigfishgames. They gave me some instructions.
I tried everything and this game will not download.
Now this game in question is not even offered on New Releases anymore. It's GONE!
I want my refund for 2 CE games.
I am completely being ignored.

They won't give me the 3 billion which was the shown prize. I sent a screenshot and they say, 'they can't see the 3 billion.' It's clearly shown what they owe me.

Purchased Game, doesn't play. Customer Service Useless
I just made my first purchase with BF in years and I downloaded the game alright, installed, activated, but it acts like I already played and closed the game when I click to play it. it just "bloops" and does nothing.
then I started getting error 1404 messages. I have been in contact with email support about this for days, and followed all their article instructions, but no success. uninstalled game manager and reinstalled it several times. now they're telling me to "browse safari extensions, see which one I might want and buy it." what the heck???
I don't know anything about extensions. I usually use chrome, but they had me switch. ok fine, but I have no clue how to get to extensions much less which one I might need? and I have to buy it??

why can't someone just call me and screen share and talk me through this??? That's what I asked for, and they flat out refused.

On my last $19.99 purchase, you charged my account twice. I would like either my money back or the coins added to my game account.

Trying to pay my bill and order 2 more games
I've tried a couple more times to pay my bill and order additional games, but I'm not even getting a response from them. I don't understand.
I've been purchasing games from them since 2009 (maybe even before that) and have never had any trouble until I moved to Florida.
I can't imagine why there would be any problem with ordering from a different state. Could you please get them to at least respond to me regarding either of the issues?
